Keep your feet on the ground, when your head is in the clouds.

I think for the first time in my 17 years on this Earth, I'm speechless. Now I'm not sure if that is because of the fact that I have no voice whatsoever, so that I'm still in utter amazement from how wonderful the Honda Civic Tour of 2010 was. Like previously said, that atmosphere at Jones Beach was everything you could wish you be surrounded by at a concert. The weather held out, and a cool ocean breeze took over. I'm so happy, that the summer is ending with such a bang.

New Found Glory actually blew me away. They only played a couple of songs, but when you grow up listening to a band, and you finally get to see them, it's pure fun. It brings you back to the fifth grade, in the backseat of my moms car, jammin out. Tegan and Sara were so cute. I didn't know many of their songs, but they made the whole crowd roar. Sara was actually sick, but they still managed to dance the night away. Last but certainly never ever least, the headliner, Paramore. Many people barely knew them, but if you went to the same show I was at, you learned that they are an incredible group who completely captivates their audience. This is not the first time I've seen them live, and it will certainly not be the last. One thing that I really really appreciated was that they never seized to fall from their roots. Hayley Williams described to the crowd, of over 10,000 screaming fans that they were originally surrounded by country stars, because they originate in Nashville. They decided, to help fight a little homesickness, to play a Loretta Lynn song. SO beautiful. For a band that has had such success to still know where their home is, is impressive.

To New Found Glory, Katawatsu, Tegan and Sara, and Paramore, thank you for putting on one of the best shows I've ever witnessed.
