The past semester, I was forced to take an art class. Apparently fashion and sewing doesn't count as art in the Sachem School District. My guidance counselor told me I was being placed in Art seminar, which was strictly for seniors who needed to fill an art credit. To my surprise, it was all freshman. Every single person except me was a freshman. I figured I'd leave my mark.
I always draw these flowers, on everything. I used acrylic paint, tempra, and modgepodge to complete it. The quote surrounding it is the first half of a quote by Marilyn Monroe. I'm happy with it.
